* Employing a full-time experienced professional Recruitment Officer for assessing prospective staff.

* Checking a minimum of two professional references.

* Arranging for all applicants to have a full length interview. Ensuring that only the best staff are accepted onto our register and retained.

* Confirming that all prospective staff are suitable to work within an educational establishment by:

  - Having documented proof of Enhanced CRB,
  - Checking their details with the GTC,
  - Confirming their DFEE Number,
  - Having sight of their original qualification certificates and retaining a     photocopy for our records.

* Understanding the varying requirements within individual schools and placing only appropriate Teachers with them.

* Monitoring Temporary Teachers both verbally and with quality control documentation on an on-going basis.

* De-registering any unreliable or unsuitable staff
